Who we are

This web app is run by Uncover Markets Capital Analytics (UMCA), operated by Darpan Aggarwal, a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000026859), Rohini, Delhi. This notice explains what personal data the app collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

We do not see or store your Google password. We do not track which calls or messages you open.

Why we use it

To check who you are and show you only the content you are entitled to.
To send you alerts about calls and messages for the access types you hold.
To contact you about your access request, subscription or access changes.
To keep records we may need as a SEBI-registered Research Analyst.

Who handles your data

We use Google Firebase (sign-in, database, hosting and notifications). The app database is stored in Mumbai, India. Google's sign-in and notification delivery services may process data outside India. We do not sell your data. We share it only with these service providers, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your access is active and for as long as needed for the purposes above and for regulatory record-keeping. Access requests that we dismiss are deleted. A notification token is deleted when you remove it, when it stops working, or when your access is removed.

Your choices and rights

Turn off alerts at any time in your browser's or phone's site notification settings.
Ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent. Deleting your data ends your access.
Raise a complaint or grievance with us first. You also have rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

To make any request, contact us through the details on uncovermarkets.in and write from the email address you used to sign in so we can identify you.

Children

This app is for adults (18 and over). Please do not use it if you are younger.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated notice.
